The Dehumanization of Man
Only loving your neighbor will solve this crime against all that is good.
Usually, I remain quiet about politics and write only about mental health issues. However, this article is an exception. Today I’m going to write about a horrendous crime I see on the rise globally, man’s dehumanization of man.
When ‘They’ or ‘Them’ Becomes the Enemy
One would need to live in a box not to notice how divided people are by religious, country, and ideological lines. People are so invested in their ideological thinking that their emotions are ruling how they behave.
Take the United States, for example. The people of the U.S. are splintered like never before, with people taking sides on one or the other. Currently, this divide is being played out in Congress as the House of Representatives is paralyzed. Money and power are the main causes of this paralysis, with representatives standing for causes they do not care about in order to get votes and earn millions through special interests.
